Chuze Fitness with TransAmerica
- Employees are eligible to enroll when they:
- are at least 16 years of age.
- have worked for Chuze Fitness for at least 12 consecutive months, AND
- have worked at least 750 hours in their first 12 months OR in a calendar year. (Please note eligibility is not guaranteed until all hours are reviewed, you will be notified IF you become eligible)
- Employees will be auto-enrolled in Chuze’s 401k plan starting at a 5% deferral rate.
- The deferral rate earnings will be deducted from every pay period.
- The deferral rate will automatically increase by 1% each year until it reaches the plan maximum of 7%.
