1.  Exit out of the system & try it again (this usually works).
2.  Power Down the Computer and Restart and Open KidCheck
3.  If that doesn’t work, return to the check in tab and click “Use Classic Check-In” on the left.
4.  If this doesn’t work, put scanner away & put out sign in sheet.

8.  After the shift, email your KC Supervisor, KCC, and DKC. Email subject “KidCheck down on ‘date’”. This is so we can keep a count of how often it’s giving us a problem and at what locations.
9.  Enter it into the KidCheck Log.
