Say This! Not That

Part of our Chuze culture is holding ourselves and those around us accountable to be the best we can be. One way we can accomplish this is through coaching opportunities and meaningful feedforward. 

The words we “Chuze” (see what we did there) can make all the difference in the results that are achieved and the effectiveness for the future. The tone can become discouraging when we are really looking to encourage. How would you want someone to speak to you?
